These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Brilliant Women Network (“BWN”), including all membership tiers, events, programs, digital platforms, media features, marketplaces, and services offered by The Inspired Company LLC, doing business as Brilliant Women Network (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in, accessing, or using any BWN offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Brilliant Women Network

Brilliant Women Network is a membership-based community and media ecosystem designed to support women-identifying entrepreneurs through visibility, leadership development, media amplification, commerce opportunities, and community.

BWN offerings may include, but are not limited to:

• Tiered memberships (including community, coaching, forums, and events)
• Digital courses and content libraries
• Group coaching, expert sessions, and peer-led workshops
• Media features (virtual or in-studio)
• Annual live events and retreats
• E-commerce and affiliate marketplace opportunities
• Community platforms (including Circle or similar technology)

2. Eligibility & Participation

• BWN is intended for women-identifying individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
• Membership is non-transferable and for individual use only unless otherwise stated in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to any individual whose participation does not align with our values, community standards, or mission.

3. Membership Tiers & Access

BWN offers multiple membership tiers, each with defined benefits, pricing, and access levels.

• Features, access, and bonuses may vary by tier.
• Benefits are subject to change as the Network evolves.
• Access to Keri Murphy is strategic and structured, not unlimited, and varies by tier.
• Membership does not guarantee business results, revenue, media placement, or visibility outcomes.

4. Payments, Billing & Renewals

• Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
• All payments are processed through The Inspired Company LLC.
• Memberships automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Section 5.
• Prices are subject to change; members will be notified in advance of material pricing changes.

5. Refunds, Commitments & Membership Terms

30-Day Welcome Period

We offer a 30-day welcome period for new members joining the Brilliant Women Network.

• During the first 30 days from your initial enrollment, you may request a refund by submitting a written request to our support team.
• Refund requests must be submitted before the 30th day to be honored.
• Refunds apply to membership fees only and do not include completed events, media features, or add-on services already delivered.

This welcome period exists to ensure alignment, clarity, and confidence in your decision to join.

Annual Commitment After 30 Days

After the 30-day welcome period concludes:

• Your membership becomes a 12-month commitment.
• You are responsible for the full annual membership investment, whether paid monthly or annually.
• No refunds or early cancellations are permitted once the annual commitment begins.

This structure allows us to protect the integrity of the community, curate intentional experiences, and invest fully in our members.

Exemplify Tier – Year-Long Commitment from Day One

The Exemplify tier is a high-touch, year-long experience and requires a 12-month commitment from the date of enrollment.

• There is no 30-day refund period for Exemplify.
• By enrolling, you agree to the full annual investment, regardless of payment plan.
• This tier is intentionally structured for depth, continuity, and transformational leadership development.

Events, Media Features & Add-On Services

• All live events, retreats, media features, marketplace placements, and visibility add-ons are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Once production, scheduling, or preparation has begun, no refunds or transfers will be issued.
• In limited cases, credits may be offered at the Company’s sole discretion.

Missed Participation

• Missed calls, sessions, events, or unused benefits do not constitute grounds for a refund.
• Members are responsible for engaging based on their availability and capacity.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after the refund window or during an active commitment constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access to BWN platforms, content, and community spaces.

Our Commitment to Integrity

We honor commitment on both sides.

You are joining a movement built on trust, intentionality, and long-term growth — not transactional participation. This policy ensures sustainability for the Network and a powerful, protected container for every woman inside it.

6. Media Features & Visibility Opportunities

Participation in any BWN media offering (including podcasts, video interviews, PR features, or marketplace spotlights):

• Is application-based and subject to approval
• Does not guarantee specific outcomes, reach, or sales
• Grants BWN the right to use recorded content, likeness, name, voice, and materials for promotional and educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing
• May be edited, distributed, or repurposed at BWN’s discretion

7. Community Standards & Emotional Safety

BWN is committed to truth, trust, and emotional safety.

By participating, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully and professionally
• Maintain confidentiality of private community discussions
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or harmful conduct
• Avoid unsolicited selling, pitching, or DM outreach unless explicitly permitted

We reserve the right to remove any member (without refund) who violates these standards or disrupts the integrity of the community.

8. Intellectual Property

All BWN materials, frameworks, recordings, content, and curriculum are the intellectual property of The Inspired Company LLC.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell BWN content
• Share login credentials or materials with non-members
• Use BWN intellectual property for competing programs or platforms

Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted while you remain a member in good standing.

9. Marketplace & Affiliate Participation

Marketplace inclusion and affiliate participation:

• Are curated and subject to approval
• Do not guarantee sales, exposure, or profitability
• Require accurate representation of products/services
• May involve commission structures disclosed separately

BWN is not responsible for third-party transactions, fulfillment, or disputes.

Non-Solicitation Policy

Brilliant Women Network is a relationship-driven community, not a sales marketplace disguised as connection.

To preserve emotional safety, trust, and integrity within the Network, all members agree to the following non-solicitation terms:

No Unsolicited Selling

Members may not directly or indirectly solicit, pitch, or promote products, services, programs, or opportunities to other members through:

• Direct messages (DMs)

• Private emails or texts obtained through the community

• Comments within community spaces

• Group chats, forums, or live calls
  unless explicit permission has been given by the recipient.

No Prospecting or Lead Harvesting

Members may not use BWN to:

• Build prospect lists

• Scrape emails or contact information

• Funnel members into off-platform sales conversations without consent

• Recruit for unrelated programs, memberships, masterminds, or affiliate offers

BWN is a place for connection first, not conversion.

Approved Visibility Opportunities

Promotion is allowed only through:

• Official BWN-approved visibility opportunities

• Peer-led workshops authorized by BWN

• Marketplace placements and media features

• Clearly designated promotional threads or events (when offered)

Any promotional activity outside of these channels requires prior written approval from BWN.

Respect for Boundaries

A single expression of interest does not constitute permission to pitch.

Consent must be:

• Explicit

• Clear

• Ongoing

If a member declines or does not respond, the conversation must end.

Violations & Enforcement

Violation of this Non-Solicitation Policy may result in:

• A formal warning

• Removal from specific community features

• Immediate termination of membership without refund

• Permanent removal from BWN platforms

Decisions are made at the sole discretion of The Inspired Company LLC to protect the collective.

Aligned Intent Matters

This policy is not meant to limit collaboration — it exists to ensure that collaboration is consensual, respectful, and rooted in relationship.

When women feel safe, supported, and unpressured, true opportunity emerges.

10. Disclaimers

• BWN provides education, community, and visibility opportunities, not legal, financial, or medical advice.
• You are solely responsible for your business decisions, actions, and results.
• Testimonials or examples shared are not guarantees of outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BWN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BWN in the preceding 12 months

12. Confidentiality

You agree to respect the confidentiality of:

• Private conversations
• Member stories and shared experiences
• Proprietary business strategies shared within the Network

This obligation survives termination of membership.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Conduct misaligned with BWN values or community safety

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
